Caitlin Aloisio Shearer is an artist and writer based in Melbourne. With a history of self-directed creative endeavours across the realms of fine arts, textile design, and dressmaking, her idiosyncratic practice culminates in multiple material modes. Caitlin focuses her pen on both the illustrative and written word as an ongoing Art Guide contributor.
Caitlin is also an employee of Art Guide Australia, assisting in print production and social media while managing the Art Guide Bookstore. In addition to curating its selection of Australian art publications, she also edits its monthly Book Review series.
