The Western Plains Cultural Centre is a function of Western Plains Regional Council and houses collections of the former Dubbo Regional Museum and Dubbo Regional Gallery.
The philosophy of the Centre is to create a positive and unique sense of place for Dubbo residents and visitors by providing opportunities and events for creative and cultural engagement with the community, and assisting in the preservation and growth of the region’s identity. Admission to the gallery is free.
