The Hotel Windsor: Spring 1883
Five Walls is proud to announce our inaugural participation in Spring 1883 Art Fair, taking place from August 13–16 at the historic Hotel Windsor on Spring Street, Melbourne. This marks a significant milestone for the gallery as we join a vibrant community of contemporary art spaces and independent galleries from across Australia and beyond. Spring 1883 offers a unique platform to present curated exhibitions in the intimate setting of a hotel room, encouraging meaningful dialogue between artists, collectors, curators, and audiences. For our debut presentation, Five Walls will present a focused selection of works by represented and affiliated artists whose practices reflect the gallery’s commitment to minimalism and conceptually driven practice. The presentation will include painting, and sculptural works that engage with space, perception, and the interplay between form and idea.
