In the third instalment of The Break Collection, Sounds of the Tropics, Topaz based artist Luke Aleksandrow presents an installation documenting the breakage of ceramics made by far north Queensland artists within the rainforest soundscape.
An accompanying ambient track composed by Tom Allum (WA) in response to the breaks, sounds and silences of Aleksandrow’s recordings is played back into the landscape.
