Divide reflects the artist’s struggle with balancing multiple artistic identities. The series features paintings that blend figurative portraits with abstract blocks of colour and floral still lifes. This division mirrors the artist’s internal conflict of wanting to be an abstract painter, a still life artist, and a figurative creator all at once.
