2025 Maari Ma Indigenous Art Awards
Presented by the Broken Hill City Art Gallery in partnership with Maari Ma Health Aboriginal Health Corporation and West Darling Arts, the Maari Ma Indigenous Art Awards celebrate the creativity and cultural strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists living across the Maari Ma / West Darling Arts region. This respected non-acquisitive prize showcases a diverse range of works across painting, sculpture, and mixed media, with categories recognising emerging and established artists, young artists, and schools.
The 2025 Awards will be judged by Rebecca Ray, Curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Collections and Exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
