Moonah Arts Centre (MAC)

Moonah Arts Centre (MAC) is a regional focus for arts and cultural development in Glenorchy City and across southern Tasmania. Owned and operated by Glenorchy City Council, MAC aims to enrich the local community by providing accessible and affordable arts and cultural experiences. MAC’s new, contemporary, state of the art facility promises to surprise and delight people of all ages.

MAC is a flexible multi-arts resource for the 21st Century. MAC is a warm, welcoming space for working artists and patrons alike. Designed by local architects Morrison Breytenbach, the remarkable new centre allows activity to be scaled up or down as required. Enjoy outdoor courtyards, generous social spaces and purpose-built art spaces.

Admission is free, individual events are at advertised prices.
