An exhibition of significant Australian art from the late 20th century and early 21st century including works by artists such as William Robinson, Euan McLeod, Rick Amor, Jock Clutterbuck, James Gleeson, Clifton Pugh, and Stephen Lees. In these artworks there are figures lost and alone in harsh landscapes; surreal dreamscapes; and distant horizons that will never be reached.

The exhibition acknowledges Anna and Richard Green’s generous donation of 23 artworks to TMAG through the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts program.
