Henry F Skerritt is a doctoral candidate in the Department of History of Art and Architecture at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2015 he edited the book No Boundaries: Aboriginal Australian Contemporary Abstract Painting published by Prestel and the Nevada Museum of Art. Henry has written extensively on Aboriginal art and culture, and his writings have appeared in numerous journals, magazines and newspapers. He has also curated several exhibitions including: Experimental Gentlemen, 2011, at the Ian Potter Museum of Art, and the touring exhibition Yimardoowarra: The Art of Loongkoonan, 2016, through the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection, University of Virginia.
