Step into the photography of Berlin based artist Andrea Grützner, the 2017 ING Unseen Talent Prize winner. Through the projection of light and the use of film the guesthouse called Erbgericht, the cultural heart of a village in rural Saxony Germany, becomes a series of stage sets or backdrops for memories. Andrea’s photography transforms the interior walls, corners and passageways of this historic building into a series of striking and complex compositions. Visit Andrea Grützner: Erbgericht and explore the history of abstract art and colour theory through a selection of photographs, prints and paintings from the Horsham Regional Art Gallery Collection, on the walls of Das Studio.
A Horsham Regional Art Gallery partnership exhibition with the Centre of Contemporary Photography, Melbourne.
